DAY 1: BANGKOK ARRIVAL

Warmly welcome to Thailand!
Upon arrival, you will get picked up at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport, and transferred to the center of Bangkok for hotel check-in.
The remainder of the day is yours to relax after the flight.

DAY 2: BANGKOK HIGHLIGHTS

Meals: Breakfast/ Lunch

Today, take the whole day to explore Bangkok – the city of golden temples.
The must-see places include famous Wat Po, the Royal Palace and Wat Phra Kaew (Temple of the Emerald Buddha). You will also ride a boat along the Chao Phraya River, watching the local daily life goes by. On route, stop at Wat Arun, the most beautiful pagoda in Bangkok.
In the afternoon, continue on the tour with Wat Traimit. This pagoda is famous for its unique and historic beauty, and also for the huge golden Buddha statue.
Return to the hotel and you are free to explore Bangkok by night.

DAY 3: BANGKOK SIGHTSEEING

After having breakfast, start your day with a visit to Meaklong Railway Market - a local market has grown up along the rail tracks. When a train pulls in or out of the station, the sellers quickly clear their stalls and set them up again when the train has passed.
After that make your way to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, which is specialized in trading fruits, vegetables, etc.… by small boats. 
After having lunch, you will fall into the relaxing atmosphere in Rose Garden, a huge park built in the middle of rural scenery with the major attractions of Thai Village. Here you can enjoy the activities and shows like Thai boxing, elephant parade, etc.
Return to the hotel and you are free at leisure.

DAY 4: DAY TOUR TO AYUTTHAYA

Meals: Breakfast/ Lunch

Your breakfast today is served at the hotel as usual. Get ready and set out for a day tour to visit some sites of Ayutthaya Historical Park. Being a ruin with many temples which characterize the handicraft architecture, the park was recognized as World’s Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Wat Phu Khao Thong - a massive pagoda towering in the middle of paddy fields. Wat Phra Sri Sanphet was the most important temple of Ayutthaya; Vihara Phra Mongkhon Bophit - the pagoda has one of the biggest Buddha statues in Thailand; 
Wat Lokaya Sutha - considered a sacred place for pilgrims. Heading back to Bangkok. En route, visit the Royal Summer Palace in Bang Pa-in district. The remainder of the day is on your own discovery.

DAY 5: BANGKOK - FLY TO HANOI

Meals: Breakfast/ Street food for early dinner

Accommodation: Hotel in Hanoi

After your breakfast, check out your hotel and get picked up for a flight to Hanoi, Vietnam.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed and picked up by your Vietnamese guide and driver who will escort you to the city center for hotel check-in. After the refreshment, start the afternoon tour by motorbikes. On the back of the Russian Minsks, your rider will take you off the beaten track in this bustling city and learn the authentic Hanoi. Along the way, you will have some interesting stops including tasting some traditional foods. Back to the hotel late in the afternoon to end the day.

DAY 6: HANOI HIGHLIGHTS - CERAMIC VILLAGE

Meals: Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner

Accommodation: Homestay

Meet your guide and driver again and spend the morning to visit the major sights of Hanoi such as Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Temples of Literature, Hoan Kiem Lake. Lunch is served at a restaurant.
In the afternoon, make your way out of the city to visit Phu Lang Ceramic Village which is located about 60 km away. On arrival, take a walk around the village and visit some family-run workshops and learn how the local artisans making the beautiful things out of dirt clay. Late in the afternoon, transfer to a local family in this Red River Delta for a homestay night experience.

DAY 7: BAC NINH - HALONG BAY

Meals: Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner

Accommodation: Overnight on boat

Halong Bay, in northeast Vietnam, is known for its emerald waters and thousands of towering limestone islands. Designated a World Heritage site in 1994, the bay is a "must-see" place for any visitor to Vietnam, especially an overnight trip on a deluxe boat.
After breakfast at the homestay. Take the morning transfer to Halong Bay pier.
Around noon - Board your boat and start the cruising itinerary with lunch and dinner aboard.
Besides enjoying the breath-taking scenery, you have some interesting activities are available to include kayaking, swimming, sunbathing...

DAY 8: HALONG BAY - FLY TO HO CHI MINH CITY

Meals: Breakfast/ Lunch

Accommodation: Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

This morning get up early this morning for some fresh air on the open deck and join the Tai-chi class for some gentle moves if you wish. Otherwise, you are able to remain in your cabin until breakfast time. After breakfast, the crew will pull up the anchor, start the engine again for more cruising to other parts of the bay. After visiting a big limestone cave, the boat is gently heading back to the pier. The early lunch (Brunch) will be served aboard. Around noon, you are ferried in and take the afternoon drive toward Hanoi and on to the airport for catching an early evening flight to Ho Chi Minh City in the South of Vietnam. Get picked up upon arrival and transfer to the city center for hotel check-in.

DAY 9: TOUR OF SAIGON & CU CHI TUNNELS

Meals: Breakfast/ Lunch

Accommodation: Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

After the first night relaxing, today you will be ready for your Vietnam Tour with a full day to visit the featured sites of Saigon and the famous underground tunnel network in Cu Chi.
In the morning, 8:00 a.m. Start with a 1.5-hour drive to Cu Chi tunnels. Get an overview of Cu Chi by watching a documentary. Your guide walks you around to witness the traps, bunkers, trenches, and experience crawling a piece of the underground tunnels. Drive back to the city for a set menu lunch at a restaurant.
In the afternoon, Continue on visiting the War Remnants Museum; Ngoc Hoang Pagoda; The former Presidential Palace; The Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Old Post Office. Back to the hotel to end the day.

DAY 10: MEKONG DELTA EXCURSION

Meals: Breakfast/ Lunch

Accommodation: Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

You will have a full day to visit the lush Mekong Delta today. After 2.5-hour transfer by car, you will arrive at Phong Nam, Ben Tre. Get on your private motorized boat and will cruise along the Chet Say River (a branch of the Mekong). Have stops at various local workplaces such as coconut candy, brick-making workshop, straw mat... You also have time to ride a motor cart that takes you through green lush fruit gardens. Lunch today is served at a peaceful garden restaurant.
Ride a sampan boat along a narrow canal edged by rows of water-coconut trees before getting back on your motorized boat for the dock.
After that, get on your private transport and return to the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 11: HO CHI MINH CITY - FLY TO PHU QUOC ISLAND

Meals: Breakfast

Accommodation: Hotel in Phu Quoc Island

This morning, take your time to enjoy the breakfast at the hotel. Check-out of your hotel and transfer to the airport to catch the noon flight to Phu Quoc Island. The flight takes about 1 hour. On arrival, get picked up by the hotel bus, check-in your beach resort and start your beach relaxation before going home.

DAY 12, 13: PHU QUOC BEACH TIME

Meals: Breakfasts

Accommodation: Hotel in Phu Quoc Island

 

Besides the beach, there are some interesting activities on this beautiful island that you may want to do if you would like to keep yourself busy some time. The tours could be for snorkeling, diving, Vinpearl safari... The optional day tours are available at the hotel reception where you can get the information and book directly.

DAY 14: FLY BACK TO HO CHI MINH CITY - DEPARTURE

Meals: Breakfast

Today is your last day, it is up to your departure flight time, you may have the whole morning enjoying the last swim and sunbathe. Catch a domestic flight back to the airport in Ho Chi Minh City where you will take the departure flight home or onward to the next destinations of Custom Asia Travel. End of service and goodbye Vietnam!
