Custom Asia Travel Ltd. was founded in 2009 by Mr. Nguyen Hong Phuong, also known as Smiley, and has since become a leading tour operator in Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. With over 20 years of experience in the tourism industry, Smiley began his career as a local tour guide and professional tour leader for international companies in Vietnam. His experience with travelers of different nationalities highlighted the need for flexibility and attention to detail to meet clients' travel expectations. This led to the creation of Custom Vietnam Travel, renowned for high-quality and personalized tours. In 2019, the company expanded to more destinations and rebranded as Custom Asia Travel. Today, they offer inbound travel services for leisure groups, business travelers, and independent explorers. Specializing in private customized tours, they take travelers to off-the-beaten-path destinations for authentic cultural experiences. Their range of itineraries includes classic tours, adventure trips, family holidays, and tailor-made journeys throughout Southeast Asia. Led by Smiley and his wife Fiona, a tourism graduate from Hanoi University of Culture, Custom Asia Travel is committed to providing unique and unforgettable experiences, making them a preferred tour operator for groups, families, and solo travelers worldwide.
