Job Description
Making reservation for the full services of the confirmed tours including transportations, hotels, flights, cruises, tour guides, meals as well as amending any part of the services per sales requests.
Reconfirm the reserved services before the date of using service.
Handling the problems that may arise.
Summarize the costs of the confirmed services and payment deadline to report to accounting department.
Negotiating and updating the service contracts with suppliers annually.
Job Requirements
Education: College/University degree in Tourism – Hospitality/ Foreign Language/ Business
Experience: At least 1 year experienced in the inbound tour operator job is privileged.
Skill: Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Good communication, organization and negotiation skills; Strong customer care
Language: Excellent speaking and writing English
Attitude: Hard working, careful; Able to work under high pressure and overtime; Enthusiastic, passionate
